Sales person and Sales Manager very good service , but condition of the vehicle maybe due to poor care while moving the vehicle at the dealership not to good. I took vehicle on raining and snowing day after I took possession of the vehicle find out a dent on top of the driver fender and my radio screen has a plastic protector which I left it present a scratch which I thought it was only the protector and today I was curious and Iift half of it and discover that the screen is damaged. I really like the customer service there but not to happy with those things.

Chris, Nick and Charlie were amazing. Chris was able to email us documents via email (credit application) so we only had to go to the dealership to drop off our 2022 Sierra GMC and pick up our newly leased 2026 Sierra. Nick worked with us with regards to the lease agreement and extended warranty and gave us the best deal. Charlie sat with us in our newly leased GMC and took the time to explain all the new features and even arranged for us to speak with On Star. The entire team could not be any more helpful and the always make our experiences most pleasurable. God bless Subaru/GMC dealership on East Tremont Avenue. Keep up the great work gentlemen!

When I pulled up to bring my car for service the guy who was to sign my car in was obviously having a conversation with someone through his phone, he had an ear bud on and wasn't speaking english. He started writing information from my windshield on his card and not communicating with me. I said I had made an appointment for oil change and wanted the tires rotated. He gave me my ticket and said k. I work with the public too, if i dont understand the language I get someone to translate.. No courtesy shown. The staff inside were very helpful.Thank You!! I've been going to your business for many years, since 2008. Its changing, not for the better, the last time I was there they did the oil change on the wrong equinox.
